Follow the three steps below. Nothing is charged automatically — if you do nothing, your membership simply ends when the paid period runs out.
To check your expiry date first, run /status in the community — only you can see the reply.
Three steps
- You'll get a reminder by direct message before expiry
The official bot messages you 14 days and again 3 days before your membership expires — never an @mention in a public channel. Renewing is optional; ignore it if you'd rather not continue. - Handle it in the payment-proof channel
Pay as described in that reminder, then post your payment receipt in the channel (the screenshot must clearly show method · date · amount · transaction ID). The payment methods currently available are the ones named in the reminder message. - An admin reviews it and your membership continues uninterrupted
You'll be messaged with the new expiry date once approved;/statusshows your remaining days at any time.
Self-service payment on the website is being prepared. When it goes live this page will change to a one-step payment flow and we'll announce it in the community. Until then the three steps above are the only correct way to renew, and the current process will keep working.
A few things worth knowing about payment
- Amount: $180 per 3-month period, tax not included (applicable taxes vary by country/region).
- No auto-renewal: nothing is charged when your period ends; renewing always requires your own confirmation (Terms of Service, clause 4).
- What appears on your card statement: card payments show as LIGHTHOUSE CLUB. That entry is this community's membership fee, not an unknown merchant.
- Merchant of record and full merchant details: see Terms of Service, clause 16.
- Refunds: full refund within 7 days of first activation (once per member; not applicable to renewals). A renewal paid in advance can be refunded before the new period starts, not after. Full rules in clause 5 of the Terms of Service.
Beware of impersonation
- Payment links are only ever sent to you by the official bot inside the community — never from a personal account.
- We will never ask you privately for a transfer, a verification code, card numbers or a wallet seed phrase.
- If you receive an unexpected "renewal due" message, check your own expiry date with
/statusfirst, or verify with us through the contact form.
